I have tried this plug-in (viewlevel) with wordpress
2.0.3 with post levels, rolemanager and it does not
restrict higher roles/levels from seeing lower
levels/roles.

It's about driving me crazy. I have say level 3 and 5,
5 can see entries made for level 3 no matter what. 

Users of live Journal want come to word press. But
they have friends filters. And view level with access
levels would solve this challenge if higher access
numbers cannot see lower access levels. 

However I try to work it, high access can view lower
access which defeats the whole purpose.
