[ViewLevel] category count includes hidden entries

Bug. Whether or not this could be fixed depends on whether there is a
plugin hook for the WordPress category functions, so that ViewLevel
cannot modify the SQL statements that WordPress uses to enumerate the
number of posts in each category. As a temporary fix, you might want to
edit your theme so that it does not use WordPress' category functions,
but your own, modified to ignore ViewLevel protected posts.
