[ViewLevel] category count includes hidden entries

hi, 

just installed the viewlevel wordpress plugin yesterday and i find it very
useful, thanks for the great work! 

i noticed, however, a small problem with the category count in the sidebar.
the number of entries for the categories includes the hidden postings.
furthermore, categories which contain only hidden postings are listed as
well.

since the purpose of viewlevel is to completely hide the existing of
restricted postings from unauthorized users the entry count of categories
should merely reflect the available postings. furthermore categories that
contain only hidden entries should not be listed at all.

is there a configuration option i missed or is this a bug in viewlevel? is
there a chance to get this fixed?
