[ViewLevel] help

[Militantplatypus]

I am trying to get the padlock image thing to work, but can't figure it
out.  The instructions say to put it in the title section of index.php.  I
see no reference to title on index.php, so I put it in post.php.  I then
need to know where the function should reside.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.  I am using WP2.01 and a
slightly modified black-letterhead theme
