[ViewLevel] feed showing posts.. even if blog doesn't

so I have loaded private categories v2 rev 0.2 but when i check the feed,
the private posts are still coming up.... thing is, it is working good
otherwise, since you can't see the posts unless you are logged in :)
 
technicalities:
I am using a 75% kubrick template
WPv 1.5.2
 
in the options i set a category called "NOT PUBLIC" to level 5.
 
other plugins in use:
IImage Browser
JÄÅ Preview Plugin
Random Posts
RndImgDisplayer
Search Hilite
Search Pages
Fancy Excerpt
StatTraq
PageNavHacked
WP Versioning
 
i've tried killing all plugins .. the feed comes up the same. :S
 
 
even tried reloading WP!
 
 
hoping you maybe have some ideas?
