[EventCalendar] presentation + feedback

dear list,

i would like to present my self as roman pixell, founder of  
handshake.se, which goes live shortly after WP 2.5 will be released.  
right now the site is a construction site, but it still gives a  
decent picture of what it will look like.

youve probably discussed many improvement ideas for event calendar  
already, including the ones i have. since i dont have the history for  
this list, i will still make a try. this is what i have so far, after  
just installing it:

1) ability to subscribe to ics calendars. a blog could then show an  
aggregated calendar compiled from various sources. a lot of calendar  
data is already available in ics format. there is really no need in  
entering it manually.

2) week numbers would be handy for me and a lot of other ppl in the  
nordics and germany. it would be sweet if the week number could be  
hidden until you hover with your mouse over a date. on mouse over,  
the corresponding week number would appear to the left of the  
calendar row (week).

3) alarms - i use the alarm feature extensively

4) location - there are few events that dont need location data. a  
connection to google maps would be very useful here.

5) remove author nick from notes field in the generated ics file.  
instead, the main entry field could be used for notes. Notes are a  
lifesaver especially when the event is synced to a mobile phone.
