[EventCalendar] advanced queries wont work

1st from now +7 days is 25 jan, your event is 1 feb => it will not show

but I tried with ?ec_days=70 and did not get an event either, which  
is weird, since I know for a fact, that ec3 does work & produce these  
feeds (check e.g. http://scope34.org/wp-rss.php?ec3_days=70)

???
