[EventCalendar] Localization

I have localized Event Calendar plugin to Slovenian (I can post the 
localization here...) and have found that it is not possible to localize 
the EC3_DEFAULT_DATE_FORMAT string in template-functions.php. If in the 
next version it will be possible without modify the source php I think 
it will be very useful (at last for slovenian language). Maybe to 
lacalize also the string EC3_DEFAULT_MONTH_FORMAT.
