[EventCalendar] 1) Only Posts and Events, not Pages 2) Popup problems

This is clearly laziness on my part but searching the archives is such a 
pain...

1)  Is there a flag I can set to make ec3_get_calendar() exclude Pages?

2)  The popup appears to be popping up off the screen (I can tell by the 
scrollbar that something is happening down there).  I'm guessing it has to 
do with the fact that I'm using a table for my main layout and the 
floating/positioning of the popup is relating to that.  Any ideas (other 
than switch to divs for positioning)?
