[EventCalendar] previous and next buttons not working

I figured out a fix, at least in my case.  I deleted the wordpress  
generated .htaccess file.  For some reason, after my host upgraded  
MySQL, they must have changed some apache settings also and this  
caused the .htaccess to redirect things incorrectly.
