[EventCalendar] previous and next buttons not working

I tried disabling all other JS in the theme but that didn't fix it.   
The problem started right after the host upgraded PHP and MySQL, so I  
think it probably has to do with that.  The theme and EC3 worked fine  
before the upgrade.
