[EventCalendar] Future Events not in EventCalendar

Hi there -

 

I created a post and set its timestamp to 18-December, and made it an event.
Then I scrolled through the calendar to December, but the 18th wasn't red &
didn't have the event.

 

So I went and set the timestamp to today, the post showed up on the blog,
had the little "tag" in the upper left, and it did appear in December like I
thought it ought.

 

Can EventCalendar display an event whose "post" isn't published yet?
