[EventCalendar] Infintely recurring events

Hey all -

I had a question.  I was wondering if there was a way to make something 
infinitely recurring - or at least recurring until I say to stop.

I have a site I'm working on where they have volunteer events of 
different categories happening on a regular basis.  For example, a 
fundraising group will meet every second Thursday of the month, while a 
food drive group meets on Tuesday and Thursday of every week.

Is there a way to make it so I only have to set these events once, and 
it'll just keep rolling until I set it to stop (like some of the groups 
take a break in July and August, but others do not).

Any help/advice/pointing in the general direction would be appreciated :)
