[EventCalendar] calendar output completely broken

[claire circuit]

i have just realised that my calendar output via
http://www.copsandrobbers.net/?ec3_ical is completely broken using
WP2.2.3 and both 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 rc1.

i get an error importing with outlook, and google calendar says 'we
could not parse the calendar'.

i have not modified any of the files.

any help anyone?
