[EventCalendar] Calendar input does not work in Google Calendar/ 30Boxes

yes, you confirm what I found ... this seems to be a bug at Google's  
end, for some reason it is not managing to understand the start-time  
if it is in UTC (as provided by ec3) rather than with time-zone  
information (as provided by ical)

so Google is (once more) not fully rfc2445 compliant , sigh

(which is really stupid since only UTC time information is  
unambiguous, but that's a completely different story)
