[EventCalendar] Ec3EditForm' is undefined, again...

There was a string of posts back a couple of weeks with folks experiencing
this error I am having this problem on RC3.  I have re-uploaded the plug in
twice and keep getting the same errors.

WP 2.3.1
eventcalendar3.1.1rc3
Firefox 2.008
Test site:  www.lakewennews.com

I have disable all plugins, no change.  Re-enabled askimet to control spam
on my test site.  All continues to work well on my 2.2 production site

The event checkbox is shown when creating a new post, but the button does
not function.  Firebug reports the error Ec3EditForm is not defined.

Is there some part of the upgrade / install process I have missed or messed
up.  My skill level is user with just enough understanding to think I can
plug together a semi-custom WP site...

I am also seeing a bit of strange behavior on my main page.  If you look at
the calendar control on left sidebar, it shows the word calendar where there
used to be an icon for subscribing to the calendar feed.  Firebug is
reporting that ec3 is not defined.
