[EventCalendar] Is There a Full Calendar Patch for the Latest Release?

There aren't a lot of changes in rc3, so it is easy to
merge the changes.  (Do a svn diff)  I have been
planning on cleaning up my patch and making it apply
to the latest revision, but I have been quite busy
with other things recently.  Hopefully, I will have
time to do this and send it tomorrow.

I will probably make two versions of the patch - one
"barebones" version with only large calendar
functionality, and one with the category filter
option.  I would imagine that most people won't need
to filter by category, so the added complexity to the
SQL queries isn't worth it.
