[EventCalendar] Event Category Error

That's a very nice site, with a nice mission.

The grayed-out "Events" category is expected. You cannot directly  
assign it as a category for a post. If you use the Event Editor to  
convert a normal post into an event, then it will automatically  
become assigned to the Events category (or whatever other category  
you choose to declare your Event category).

I wouldn't worry about that. I am constantly barging into new  
communities and learning new stuff. I get sneered at for a while,  
then I become pretty much an expert, and the sneering stops.

The only stupid question is the one you don't ask.
