[EventCalendar] Impossible to check Event catagory

Hey Everyone,

I am having a problem with the Calendar plugin.  When I first  
installed it everything worked perfectly, but then suddenly I have  
been unable to actually check the category box for events as it is  
greyed out.  Also the bottom panel where I put in the event time is  
blank, and there is no plus button or anything to add the date and  
time.  I hope that my description makes sense.  I tried check the  
archives but there are just so many posts!  If you want I can send  
some screen shots for clarification.
