[EventCalendar] [Updated Patch] Big calendar

I updated my patch for the big calendar (see my last e-mail) with the following changes:
*Cleanup of comments
*Change the display of the category and post pages.  (The red box shows up in a smaller version on category pages)
*Some minor display changes with the big calendar

And yes, by the way, this is applied to revision 271 - not 272.  (272 was counting my working copy as a revision.)  This updated patch is for the original code - it replaces my previous patch.
