Please don't send whole files.

Send a patch in unified diff format. (That's the format that Subversion 
produces by default.)

If your patch doesn't apply cleanly, then I'm likely to ignore it. For 
your convenience, I suggest that you check out the head branch from 
Subversion, and work from there. That ensures that you are working on 
the latest code.
