[EventCalendar] Deprecated WordPress function get_settings

As I was leafing through the code in day.php, the EC3 function add_post uses 
the deprecated WordPress function get_settings. I think a simple replacement 
with the get_option function should be fine for the next RC.

EC3 calls get_settings in:
admin.php
date.php
day.php
