[EventCalendar] localization

I also test the plugin and with localization don't work. Without the 
mo/po files work ok (in english). I try eg. the italian localization and 
the plugin don't show (in the sidebar etc...).

I have WP v2.3.1 with default theme and EC3 v3.1.1._rc3. I try also EC3 
v3.1.0 without success...

What I can do?
