[EventCalendar] Event calendar widget - month links

you can have a look at http://scope34.org for one example of an  
implementation -- though I use some additional hack for displaying  
the schedule (and the site is in german, thus calendar is  
Kalender...) and it is not yet wp2.3
wp21.stachanow.net is my test site ... nothing much there content- 
wise and not running the latest eventcalendar version either

both sites are not using the widget
