[EventCalendar] Event Editor and navigation in calendar broken

Hi everybody

I am using the latest version, Stable tag: 3.1.1._rc3, which fixed a  
few problems with Wordpress 2, but now others have emerged.

Basically the month navigation in the calendar is broken (links you to  
the category page) and you cannot click the Plus button to add a new  
event - the button doesnt do anything.

I have read some about this in the FAQ and it says that other plugin  
might be causing the problem. But I have disabled all the other  
plugins and the problem remain.

Maybe you can help me out? That would be really appreciated.
