Hi Pete,

It isn't a bad solution, however the guy who has to update it is *whinging*
already about manually changing them after they've occurred. What would be
involved in writing a cleanup script?

Thanks

you could manually change the post date when the event is over or
whenever you do the first maintenance action on the item. or you
write a script that cleans up your database accordingly and gets
triggered daily
