[EventCalendar] migrating event entries to another blog

Hi

I am trying to migrate event almost 100+ entries I made in one blog (blog A)
to another (blog B). They are both wp2.3, both categorize events as "events"
and have the same author.

I tried inserting one entry via mysql using phpmyadmin from a backup sql
file from blog A (I sorted out which was the entry I needed) and it worked
except it wasn't properly categorized plus some other niggling issues.

I tried using import / export as well, sorting them out from an XML file but
again, I didn't get the exact result I was going for and handling such a
large XML file from the source blog slows down my PC a lot.

Can you guys recommend a better way? Other than cutting and pasting one post
at a time of course..
