[EventCalendar] Can October be my default?

Hello,

I'm using EventCalendar at GreenOctober2007.com, and I would love it if I
could have the calendar display October 2007 constantly, rather than the
current month...  Any tips?  I tried to search through the mailing list
archives, but haven't found the solution i'm looking for...

Bloggers will be adding events over the next few months to the calendar, and
it would be great if all the October events would be visible on the
homepage, rather than the empty month of May.
