[EventCalendar] Date selection option "every Tuesday" & "every 3rd Thursday of the month" wanted

they all have recurring events,  i.e. 
- every Tuesday
- every 3rd Thursday of the month, every 2nd Tuesday
- also need function for de-select 3rd Tuesday in June as the club is closed for holidays but meetings continue thereafter 

 It is becoming a massive job maintaining the calendar for these recurring events.
Can anybody program these functions into the date selections?
How hard is it?
I am willing to pay or donate a reasonable amount to get the job done and the result can be incorporated in the next update.
