[EventCalendar] IE error with iCalendar

Hi!

I'm using EventCalendar 3.1.0 and the name of my blog has some chars with
accents. Example: 'Acción bloguera'

When using Firefox 2 and clicking on the iCalendar button it starts
downloading an ics file called 'Accinbloguera.ics', without the 'ó'.
But when I try the same with Internet Explorer 6, I get a 'File not found'
error.

Any idea on how could I make this work with IE? Using a blog name without
accents is not an option... :-(
