[EventCalendar] Calendar too big in IE

I've found the cause of the problem and fixed it.

I had the line
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
before the <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC [...] .dtd">.

I had it there because I couldn't select text on the posts with IE6 and that
was supposed to fix it (it doesn't).

Removing the line fixed the big calendar issue.
