The default ec3 css rules are in the ec3.css file in the plugin directory
you have in your wp-conten/plugins/.
You should check if this file is being included in your page. If it is, then
edit it if you want another styling for you ec3 output. If not, then include
it, or check why it is not being included. Maybe you forgot about it when
hacking the ec3.
