[EventCalendar] Thank You & My Fix for the Sorting Issue

I just want to say thank you very much Alex! This calendar is an amazing
contribution to the WordPress community AND it's going to be a HUGE
addition for my own community building efforts.

In addition to the hacking required to add this plugin, I hacked my admin
screen so WordPress Newbies could figure things out.

I was challenged by the sorting issue (both on the site and in my feeds)
but I was able to resolve all sorting issues by:

1. Deleting old events and posts created with previous versions of
WordPress and eventcalendar.

2. Deleting other categories.

3. Setting up a static landing page.

Once I made this changes, EVERYTHING sorted correctly.
