[EventCalendar] Disappearing Pages in ADMIN tool

I am running WP 2.13.
I tired to install Event CALENDAR 3.11 rc1 but then I had a lot of  
little problems occurring in the admin tool, such as pages not  
rendering ect.  This happens after I followed all the steps in the  
README.  Mostly I can make posts, but if I go to manage them the top  
of the page renders out but the rest doesn't.  I tried then  
installing Event CALENDAR 3.1 with the same result.

Bot Check
PXS Mail Form
WordPress Database Backup
wp-notable
