[EventCalendar] Category-specific calendar

Hello!

I have a web site www.metalcalendar.com . It lists all metal album CD
releases. On a front page the calendar shows ALL events coming up in the
selected months, which is the expected behavior.

However, I see the SAME calendar with the SAME set of events when I go into
some category (example: Power Metal).

My understanding is that it makes more sense to filter the calendar by the
category to which the events belong. I.e. on a front page all events should
be displayed; however, if I go to a particular category, only the events
belonging to this category should appear.
