[EventCalendar] Feedback on 311RC1 on WP 2.1.2

Hi all,

This plugin keeps improving. Thumbs up for all the great work put into it.

Feedback (see http://alf.galleritexas.no/ if you like):

* The list of upcoming events always show events chronologically, but  
the calendar pop-up orders the events by date posted. Would be really  
great if this was also sorted by event date.

* Other people have made requests for the pop-ups to show something  
like "ongoing" or "ending by" for multiple day events. I support this  
idea! Showing end-time for single events (if it differs from  
start-time) would also be useful.

* I want posts with multiple categories to show on the front page even  
if I set EC to "keep events separate". In case other people find this  
behaviour useful they can use a patch posted here:

* With "keep events separate" the events category page lists upcoming  
events chronologically. Neat! While the archive for any month allows  
you to see bygone happenings as well. Fine. But clicking on "march" in  
the calendar gives a different result from clicking on "march" in the  
archives. While the first returns "Archive for the ?event? Category"  
the latter returns "Archive for March, 2007". They should be the same?

Visiting the archives will list multiple instances of a post if it has  
multiple dates, while visiting via the calendar will list the post  
once only.

Also the link description in Wordpress states that when visiting the  
events category you will see ALL posts filed there, while what you get  
is upcoming events. Small problem, though.
