[EventCalendar] Events appearing under post date in WP 2.1

Hi there

I upgraded my site to WP 2.1 yesterday - before realising the major bug that
causes events to appear twice in the calendar (once under the post
date/time, and once under the Event Calendar date/time).

Has anyone solved this yet? Until it's working, I'm stuck with duplicate
listings, which my 300+ users really need to refer to.

Incidentally, when I installed the latest EC under 2.1, all past listings
were correctly conveerted, but all future listings were 'wiped' from the
calendar, even though they still exist in the database. I suspect this might
be related.
