[EventCalendar] Calendar/Header conflict

I just took a look using winxp/ie6 and vista/ie7 and it looked fine in
ie6 for me, three columns, between header and footer. On Vista/ie7 the
details for the calendar, showing a particular event ('Archive for
events') the calendar table is hanging over the background on the right,
but still three columns, header and footer, in my case it looks more
'correct' in Ie6...

Are there clear fixes (hacks) for IE6 and the colums with header/footer?

Subject: [EventCalendar] Calendar/Header conflict

I am trying to help a friend setup the Event Calendar on a site, but we
are having an issue.

The site is http://peggyfrank.com/events/ It is currently
password-protected, but you can access it with events as the uid and
events as the pw.

It works great in Firefox. But in IE, the calendar is dropping down
below the navigation links on the left.

I know why it is doing it, but I am not sure how to fix it.

The theme is this one:
http://themes.wordpress.net/testrun/?wptheme=704

Those navigation links, that appear on the left, are in the
header* file. All of the other pages, though, appear properly.
The only one we are having an issue with is the Events page.

Using WP 2.1.2 and have tried every possible version of EventCalendar,
but am currently using 3.1.1.rc1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Including, if necessary, the
blunt truth that I just need to get a new theme and start over. Or, any
other ideas of how it can be altered to fix the problem.

I did try getting the plugin that allows php in regular WP pages and
putting the event cal there, but it still dropped it.

Any other site suggestions, criticisms, etc. are also
appreciated.
