[EventCalendar] removing the icalendar/subscribe function

This might have gone through the list before but I am using the event
calendar in a closed environment and have no need to display the
icalendar information.   I added this to ec3.css

 

a#ec3_spinner img {

                display: none;

                }

 

a#ec3_publish img {

                display: none;

                }

 

 

That leaves it looking the same spacing-wise but the images are gone and
aren't clickable.
