(This confused me at first, but then I worked out what was going on.)
Only the initial *default* value is translated. The first time you set
up the widget there is no title set, so it uses the default value
(which may be translated). After that, the title is set, so no
translation is done.
When you set up the plug-in, you were using the English version, so the
title defaulted to the English value. After that, you just have to
change it manually.
Try manually setting the title to empty. I think that will trigger it
to revert to the default value.
