[EventCalendar] I would like to remove the event date from my posts

I am working on a site for a fabric store that holds classes.  Most  
classes are two sessions or three sessions long.

For that reason, I would prefer not to auto-include the date of the  
event in the full event listing (I hope it's clear where I'm  
referring to ... it's that place where there's a floating table with  
a red border and large red text, that sits next to the post contents  
for an event when a user goes to view it).

Is there some way I can edit the plugin so that it will not include  
the date in the event post when a user views it?

The example to look at is at http://bolt.managebest.net/ ; click on  
"classes & events" or on any event listed in the sidebar.
