[EventCalendar] upgrade to wp2.1 and ec3.11rc1 and post-levels 111 broke for logged in users

I'm new to this software.  I've really liked what I've seen so far.   
It has worked very well for me on WP 207.  I've just upgraded a blog  
to wp2.1.2, event calendar 311rc1 and post-levels 111.  This  
combination breaks ec3's capabilities and results in a query problem.

I don't know the exact nature of the problem but disclose-secret2.4  
gets around the problem.
