[EventCalendar] ec3_get_schedule() not showing

//what i did//
i searched the site, list, google, wordpress and could not find an answer.
forgive me if i am yet again another retarded user who did not do proper
research. i tried my best.

//issue//
i tried to include <?php ec3_get_schedule(); ?> next to my Post Title but
nothing happens. am i missing something obvious or is this a known issue?
the include is ignored. it does not throw an error or anything.
