[EventCalendar] publish calendar from one wp installation in a second installation

Hi,

I'd like to be able to duplicate a calendar that is an wp  
installation on "www.example.com/directory/" into a installation of  
wp on "www.example.com" I wonder if anyone had already tried  
something similar or had any tips, ideally (simply due to time  
constraints) i'd like to not get messy with my database.... so if  
there is no easy answer i'll probably end up simply copying the posts.
