[EventCalendar] Iframe solution

Hi everyone,

I found that it is possible to keep the calendar in an iframe to
acheive the same result.

The calendar's next and prev links don't cause a full page refresh,
just an iframe refresh. I then have target="_top" for the entry links.

I know target attribute is deprecated, but it seems to work fine for my needs.
