[EventCalendar] subscribing to icalendar

Um... no. How embarrassing.
The thing that confused me is that on the page it said that Central
Time is -6. I'm Eastern Time, so I assumed I'd be -5, but I have to
set it to -4 to make it show the time it actually is.
I hope I don't have to change it when DST ends.
