[EventCalendar] Add event button not available on the write post page

What exactly is missing? The "+" button, or the whole "Event Editor"?  
Please post a screenshot that shows the "Event Editor" on your write  
post page. (Or you could post a copy of the page's HTML source.)

It's supposed to look like this:
