[EventCalendar] 404 for Event Calendar category page

Since upgrading to WP 2.1 and EventCalendar 3.1.0, the category page for 
the EC assigned category, "calendar",  gives me a 404. I have "Keep 
Events Separate" selected. I do have some upcoming events entered and 
they show up in the sidebar as expected.

I see this problem has been mentioned before, 
http://wpcal-archive.firetree.net/2007-January/001473.html , but I 
couldn't find a post that had a fix for it.
