[EventCalendar] Importing events from another site...

Hi all,

I was using another site while I was setting up my permanent domain with the
idea of simply exporting all my posts then importing them into the new site.
When I do that however, all the posts labeled 'event' (the category that I
use for the plugin) are listed as normal posts.  Only new posts that I enter
are making it to the EventCalendar.  What can I do to fix this without
having to re-enter each event?
