[EventCalendar] Get events by tags

Hi!

Well, unfortunately then posts with events show up on the front page  
which I don't want.
Also the category listing won't be sorted by the date of the events  
when "Show events as blog entries" is set to true.
Ideally I'd like to have posts with events them in the archive (by  
tag or by category) but not on the frontpage.
Is this possible or could anyone please point me to the responsible  
code for filtering the posts on the frontpage?
